3. Service Description

Glimpse provides AI-powered visualization services to transform ultrasound images into enhanced baby photo representations, as well as artistic style transfer for any photos. The Service uses proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process and enhance images.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are required to use the Service
• Credits must be purchased in advance through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy
• All payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy — we never store your payment card details
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice

5. Image Usage and Rights

• You retain all rights to your uploaded images
• You grant Glimpse permission to process your images to provide the Service
• Generated images are for personal use only
• You may download and share generated images as you wish
• Glimpse does not claim ownership of your images or generated content

6. Privacy and Data

• Images are encrypted and stored securely
• We never sell your personal data or images to third parties
• Images may be automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity
